According to the listing, the property is a former apartment building with an outdoor deck that once served as an art gallery.
According the listing the house has been on the block since February.

It is currently listed on the Auctions America site for $732,500.

The home is currently on the National Register of Historic Places.
It has been previously listed for $926,500 at the Aamberg Auction in October 2017.
